How to Register
Step 1: Complete Our Online Form (In Payment Method)
Provide your company information, areas of practice, hiring needs, and whether you hire entry-level engineers or international candidates.
Step 2: Secure Your Booth
Complete payment online via credit card or request an invoice for check payment. Your booth is confirmed immediately upon payment.
Step 3: Pre-Fair Preparation
Update your company representative information, dietary restrictions, and any special requirements before the event date.
GMU ASCE Civil Engineering Career Fair Registration
On behalf of The American Society of Civil Engineers' George Mason University Chapter, we're thrilled to invite your company to participate in our 22nd Annual Career Fair on October 1, 2026!
Location & Time: The Career Fair will be held on October 1st, at the HUB Ballroom, at George Mason University Fairfax Campus.
Check-in will start at 11 AM, and the fair will be held from 12 PM - 4 PM.
Registration Details: To secure your company's presence at this event, please complete the registration form and payment by August 14th, 2026.
Payment Information: Below we have our registration fees. Please submit your payment as soon as possible to maximize your savings.
CEI Board Corporate Members: Fee Waived
Regular Registration (March 30 - July 1): $650
Late Registration (July 1 - August 14): $700
After August 14th, registration will be accepted at $800 pending space availability.
Please note: a 3% processing fee is added to all credit card transactions.
